Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use Atlas Stream Live, including the free trial and paid subscriptions.
Last updated: September 2026
Please read these terms. By requesting a free trial or buying a plan you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Atlas Stream Live provides a subscription-based internet live TV and video-on-demand service. We operate strictly as a subscription service: we do not host, record or own any broadcast content, and you remain responsible for making sure the content you access is permitted in your region.

2. Free trial

3. Plans and payment

Plans are available for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months at the prices shown on our website, billed once for the period chosen. Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken through PayPal or as otherwise agreed with us on WhatsApp. Your subscription does not renew automatically; we will let you know before it ends so you can choose to extend it.

4. Activation and devices

Once your payment or trial request is confirmed, your login details are sent to you, usually within 5 to 15 minutes. Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous devices (2 on the 1-month plan up to 5 on the 12-month plan). Your login is for your household only and must not be shared, resold or published.

5. Acceptable use

6. Availability and quality

We work hard to keep the service stable and monitor our servers around the clock, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Channel lineups and content can change, and the quality you experience depends on your internet connection and device.

7. Problems and refunds

If something is not working, contact us first at support@atlasstreamlive.com or on WhatsApp on +44 7828 762514 and we will do our best to fix it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failing to use reasonable care and skill, and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by things outside our reasonable control such as your internet provider or third-party outages.

9. Ending your subscription

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, and will tell you why where we can.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies; the date at the top shows when it last changed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
